For lifestyle, absolutely — beach, theatre, cafés and some of Mumbai's most beautiful heritage homes. For commute, it's a trade: the sea and the guarded bungalow lanes mean getting anywhere takes 20+ minutes.

Juhu vs Bandra West beachfront — which is better?
If you want actual beach, sand and the sea spread before you, Juhu. If you want a walkable promenade with cafés, retail and restaurants one behind the other, Bandra West's Carter Road. Juhu is the más spectacular; Bandra West is the more functional-elegant.
